~ PAYMENT ~
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

~ RETURNS & REFUNDS ~

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives broken or damaged, in most cases, all we need is a picture, or two, that shows the damage to the item and a picture, or two, that shows any damage to the shipping box, then we can send a replacement item or do a refund (your choice), and the broken or damaged item does not have to be returned. We don't want a broken or damaged item any more than you do.

MISSING ITEMS: If items are missing when your order arrives, as in the shipping box has been damaged (has a hole in it) and one or more of the items inside has fallen out, please let us know so we can send replacements. Take one, or more, pictures of the damaged box and send them to us. If the item in question is no longer in stock, then we will refund for the missing items, in lieu of sending replacements.

ALL OTHER RETURNS: For all discretionary returns (ie: don't like it, wrong color, just don't want it, etc), the buyer must contact us before shipping it back to us. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. The original shipping cost is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item being returned must be in original unused condition. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the item. Return requests, outside of this timeframe, will be denied.

~ SHIPPING ~
Orders normally ship in 1 to 2 business days. Saturday, Sunday and all National Holidays are not business days. Most orders ship with a tracking number, which will be provided. Generally, orders will ship via the US Postal Service, and normally, will arrive in 2-6 days after shipment.

~ SHIPPING DISCOUNTS ~
All shipping discounts will automatically be applied during checkout. All items must be combined into 1 payment to receive a shipping discount. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping!

~ TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS ~
It is our goal to publish accurate information in our online store. However, occasionally, mistakes are made. In the event of a typographical error in our online store, which could include pricing and product information, we reserve the right to decline and cancel any orders for the product(s) listed. We reserve the right to decline and cancel your order whether your order has been processed or not. In the event that your credit card has been charged, your credit card will be refunded immediately. We are not responsible for orders placed based on a typographical error.

We will never release, give, or sell any customer information, to any other party, for any reason. When ordering or communicating with us your privacy remains intact.
